What a preorder means
A preorder is a request for an item before its production batch is completed. A live product page will identify the piece as a preorder and show the information available for that specific batch.
What must be visible first
The live page must show the product price, required advance, preorder closing date, estimated dispatch, available variants and product-specific exchange information. Missing values are not replaced with estimates in this preview.
When an order is confirmed
Creating a public order ID does not confirm an order. Confirmation requires a recorded order, a verified payment and the order status marked confirmed. A payment submission waiting for manual review is not yet verified.
Changes, delays and cancellation
The final rules for customer changes, seller cancellation, refunds, missed deadlines and production delays have not been approved. Those rules must be displayed before a live order is submitted and will apply together with the product-specific terms shown then.
Updates and tracking
Live customers will be able to use the public order ID and secure verification on the Track page. Dates shown there are operational updates; an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless the final published terms explicitly say otherwise.
