01What does preorder mean?
A preorder reserves a piece before its production batch is made. Every live product page will state its preorder window, required advance and estimated dispatch clearly before you submit an order.
02When will my order arrive?
The published product page and your order tracker will show the current estimate. No generic delivery promise is made while launch details are still being configured.
03Can I exchange the size?
Eligibility depends on the item condition, customization and available replacement stock. Read the exchange policy before ordering; the final product page will link to it as well.
04Can a piece be personalized?
Only when the live product page explicitly offers customization. The available fields, character limits and any extra cost will appear before checkout.
05Is the advance refundable?
The final cancellation and refund rule has not been published. A live product and checkout must show the applicable rule before an order request can be submitted.
06How do I track an order?
Use the public order ID and the phone verification requested on the Track page. Private address, payment and internal order details are never shown there.
